Career Buddies

I recently met a very young CEO of a software solutions company. He was very energetic and the best thing was, he was too humble and friendly. We stayed together for couple of days and found out that he is a nice person. I saw one of his employees who never treated him like a boss rather a friend, so this is the new era of being colleagues more than employee and employer. Similarly, we have seen that new start ups are going to make partnerships more than ever due to multiple reasons. Co-founders is the new style of working as new ideas in crude form may not be able to afford employees and paid staff rather to focus on skill set of co founders and colleagues.
